It was the classrooms at the time of the Military Law School. After the Military Law School was relocated, it was used as office space by the Bureau of Military Law of the Ministry of National Defense. In 1999, it was converted to be the office of the Military Northern District Court of the Ministry of National Defense. Later, part of the space became the dormitories for military officers of the court and the Prosecutor Department. It was renovated in 2020 and now it is the Human Rights Education Center. The total floor area of the 2-story brick structure with a flat roof building is 607㎡.
