This building was the classroom of the Military Law School. After the school moved out, it became the courtroom of the Bureau of Military Law of the Ministry of National Defense. In 1999, the Military Northern District Court of National Defense moved in. Currently, the first floor is holding an exhibition showing a restored courtroom, while the second floor houses artifact collection and archives. The total floor area of the 2-story brick structure with a flat roof building is 541.5㎡.
