This building was originally a library built by the Military Law School. The total floor area of the 2-story reinforced brick structure with a timber truss pitched roof building is 460㎡. In 1980, it was the administrative office space for the Taiwan Garrison Command. From 1999 to 2006, it was the Military Supreme Court Prosecutor Department of the Ministry of National Defense. Now it is a reading room.
