At the time of the Military Law School, this building was a brick-built, concentric-square-shaped structure. After the school relocated in 1967, it was successively used as offices by the Bureau of Military Law Review of the Ministry of National Defense and Taiwan Garrison Command. It was rebuilt in 1986 to be the current two-story structure, serving as the office of the Military Law Division, and later an additional floor was added, bringing the total floor area to 720㎡. From 1999 to 2006, it was used by the Military Supreme Court of the Ministry of National Defense and now it is the Administration Center.
