Designed by the Military Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of National Defense and built by the Taiwan Garrison Command. The building first floor served as the courtroom while the second floor was used as the office of the chief of Military Law Division. In 1999, it became the High Military Court Prosecutor Department of the Ministry of National Defense. The first floor was renovated in 2017 to be the Park Symbol of the Main Entrance and the second floor is used as a learning studio. The total floor area of the 2-story reinforced brick structure with a flat roof building is 657.5㎡.
