The Military Court, also named “Minor Court,” is housed in a single-story building, built by an engineering unit for housing the Military Law Administration, Taiwan Garrison Command, in 1967, with a total of 53.2 pings (roughly 6*6" foot) in floor space. There are three courtrooms in this building; the one at the center is bigger than the other two at both wings. After apprehension, political prisoners were interrogated by officers from the Security Department, Taiwan Garrison Command, the Investigation Bureau or other Civil and Military police units and sent back here, waiting for trial.
