This building was built in 1967 after the Bureau of Military Law of the Ministry of National Defense moved in and served as the administrative center. In 1980, it became the administrative center of the Taiwan Garrison Command. In 1999, it was then used by the Military Supreme Court of the Ministry of National Defense. Today it is the Service Center of the park after the court moved to Taoyuan Danan Camp in 2007. The total floor area of the two-story reinforced brick structure with a flat roof building is 584㎡.
