Dormitory Area
  • The dormitory area covers approximately 38 pings and is situated on the eastern boundary of the Ankang Reception House. It faces the Erbazi Creek to the east and is adjacent to the recuperation area to the west, separated by a perimeter wall. The building is rectangular, and its interior was originally designed with two family-style layouts, each featuring a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.

  • According to the original design plans, this building was designated as family dormitories, primarily serving as a dormitory for supervisors and administrative personnel in the early years. It was later converted into bunk-style accommodations to meet the massive housing needs of personnel from investigation stations throughout Taiwan during the 1984 Operation Clean Sweep.
